Any changes to league rules must be submitted by 5th May 2023

Any changes required to league rules must be submitted in writing (or email) to the league secretary no later than Friday 5th May 2023 and must be proposed and seconded.
Attached is a copy of the changes to SCOR and their rationale, these are mandatory changes.
