Liam Errington, a stunning winner for Nirankari...

Nirankari edge past Cow...

Premier Division:
The big game saw Liam Errington put Nirankari Stevenage in front with a wonderful effort from 45 yards before Marc Holmes’ header brought Dun Cow level. David Iweduino restored the lead and Darren Sarll seemed to put them in control. However, Ryan Jenner netted with a header, then restored parity with a cheeky free-kick. More went in their favour when Joel Mason was sent-off for Nirankari, but the ten men won it courtesy of an excellent finish from Errington after a neat one-two with Iwediuno.

Broadhall were back to full-strength for their game, which bolstered the centre of defence and midfield. From a long free-kick, John Johnston climbed above the defence to thunder a header into the top corner. This began a good spell of play for them, which resulted in the same player scoring again with his head, so light on his feet for a big man. After the break, Marquis United started better and Barry Hazelton continued his excellent run of scoring in every league game with a penalty before Glen Lamacraft levelled the scores. However, Broadhall upped their game again and were back in front when a free-kick was turned into his own net by a defender before Johnston completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot.

A calamitous save from a tame shot was bundled into his own goal by Bottles ‘keeper Wayne Dailly after five minutes gave Almond Tree United the lead. James Wyatt then doubled the score when he bravely out-jumped the onrushing ‘keeper from Carl Lingwood's excellent cross and tapped home the loose ball. A change of formation saw their opponents turn the game on its head. They were back in the game with a Lee Wilson penalty, levelled through Sam Spencer and then took the lead when Alec Thomas netted. However, in the final minute of the game, Wyatt broke free down the wing and crossed, where Neil Henderson scored an equaliser.

Division One:
A superb start from Nirankari Stevenage Reserves saw them four up in a little over five minutes. Lee Allinson started it off with a curling shot from the edge of the box before Steve Teale scored from the spot after Kaan Fehmi was fouled. Barry Mullaney netted from 25 yards after the ‘keeper let it go through his legs before a great team goal was finished off by Daniel Gregory for four. Broadhall Reserves pulled one back through Mark Chalkley when ‘keeper Kyal Currey slipped following a shot from 25 yards. Teale scored again, as did Allinson, beating two defenders and dinking the ball over the ‘keeper. There was no further scoring after the break.

Danny Large (two) and Tom Hillard were on target as Stevenage Fencing beat SCS.

Coopers suffered defeat at the hands of Marquis of Lorne as Shaun Grainger, Jamie Campany and Jay Lovelock were on the mark. Gary Chambers and Ben Smith replied.

Kieran Hufford scored one of Stevenage Colts’ goals, as did Steve Walsh for Shephall Artois as they shared four goals.

Division Two:
New boys Hermit of Redcoats sit proudly top of the pile. FC Squirrel scored twice, sandwiching a Ray Downes header. It was all level at the break when Neil Roskilly scored, having followed up Josh Dance’s saved effort. Roskilly netted again, but Squirrel wouldn’t lie down and restored parity. However, from then on, they collapsed as they have so many times. Roskilly went on to bag four, Olly Rice, Dance and a first for the Club for James Sawyer completed it.

TC United took the lead thanks to Craig Joy just before the break when he rifled a well worked free-kick into the top corner. Jon Dunne doubled the lead with a back heel flick before Jimmy Lock volleyed home an inch-perfect Lewis White cross. Terry Lock made it four when he pounced on a loose ball but A1 Trophies battled back when Ben Collins deflected a corner straight past his own 'keeper and Reece Munford grabbed a second.

Stevenage Leisure Limited had a comfortable win and Joe Chilton did well to convert a Carl Smith cross home. They maintained pressure and there were further goals from Chilton and Chris McCarthy before half-time. A great save from the Leisure ‘keeper led to Smith scoring moments later on the break and again a few minutes later past Allan Johnston. Putterills then woke up, Pete Morrison found the far corner of the net from wide before Paul Coxall added another with an audacious back-heel.

Timebridge AFC remain bottom after being thrashed by Mallard Old Boys. Si Parnell (two), Jake Prince and Dave Hollands did the damage.

Division Three:
That man Carl Thompson went nap with another five goals for league leaders Chequers. Oli Barnett and Alan Collins also netted in a thriller with Bedwell Rangers. James Reeves, Jamie Fannon-Hill, Daryl Thorpe and a Lee Wilson own goal came by way of reply.

Rileys Athletic sit behind the leaders on goal difference after Tom Gallagher (two) and Tom Rydeheard scored as they won by the odd goal in five against Timebridge AFC Reserves. Karl Radband and Josh Stock replied.

ABC Taxis finally got their first points as Rob Neave and Gary Henderson-Thynne were on the mark against Emperors Head (Joe Whittaker).

Will Cubitt (hat-trick), Jan Pearce and Richard Veness scored in Odyssey’s win against Stevenage Colts Reserves, for whom Ryan Bareham netted a brace.

Division Four:
Despite staring with nine men, Lorne Rangers came close with a shot that rattled the Breachwood Lions crossbar. However it was Ollie Mason who opened the floodgates with the first of his first half hat-trick. Goals followed from Dan Dye and Danny Jefferies, Ollie Potton and two headed goals from captain Iaian Turkentine for eight at the break. Ali Collins netted a total of six goals in forty minutes during the second half. Simon Blundell scored the other as they won by a tennis score to stay top.

Lewis Collins (two) and Dave Morton scored in Roebuck Gate’s win over Stevenage Old Town as they remain the only side with a 100 percent record.

Crooked Billet Boro won comfortably thanks to James Marshall, Ben Snowden, Christian Goodyear, Craig Snowden and an own goal against Icon Onederers.

Paul Ingram-Tedd, Kieran James and Asa Common netted as Walkern Construction shared six goals with Proverbial, for whom Mason Bambridge (two) and Theo Griffith struck.
