It was a dramatic final day at Bedminster Down as their A team approached the end of the season with a double fixture against second placed AC Moose and three points behind in the race for the second promotion spot in Division Four

Goals from David Thorne, Marshall Quinn and Ben Priddis gave them a 3 1 win to move level on points with the promotion spot resting on the second game, a draw would have been enough for AC Moose, in a tense game a goal from Matt Wood gave Bedminster the double and promotion, a great end to Bedminster's first season in the Suburban League following their Len Bartlett Cup victory earlier in the month over Division Four Champions Southmead CS Athletic Reserves who had a walkover over Bromley Heath United A in their final game

Joel Winnyi scored a consolation goal for Wessex Wanderers Colts who lost by the odd goal in three at Hartcliffe FC Reserves

Premier League Champions Filton Athletic warmed up for their Gloucestershire County League play offs against Totterdown United of the Premier Combination with a 3 0 win at Oaklands Park against Wessex Wanderers, Liam Dorman, Said Hassan and Harrison Bailey were the Athletic marksmen

A twelve game unbeaten run including ten victories took Broad Plain House into second place pushing Wessex to third spot, the House beat fourth placed Bristol Spartak 6 1 thanks to strikes from Ben Snell 2, Josh Lewis, Rohan Hartrey, Harry Keen and an own goal

Easton Cowboys earned a point with a last minute equaliser in a game with a noon kick off on the main pitch at Somerdale, goals from Ed Searle 2 and Scott Mills gave Redbridge a 3 2 lead before Marley Bennett with his second goal of the game gave them a point, Ali Alfahdi was also on target for the Cowboys

At Hillside Gardens St Aldhelms picked up their third win of the season 4 2 against Rockleaze Rangers Reserves

St Vallier are the Champions of the Senior Division finishing five points clear of Jamaica Bell who had an excellent run at the end of the Season, with twelve games unbeaten, ten victories and not losing a game in 2024

Third place went to newcomers Mendip Broadwalk Reserves who finished three points clear of Filton Athletic Reserves who unfortunately could not raise a side for their last game at Hengrove Athletic Reserves

Three points separates the top five teams in Division One with incredibly Broad Plain House Reserves having to play five games after the agreed end of season date

The current leaders are Phoenix NG who finish their season with a home game against Broad Plain House Reserves they received a walkover over Redbridge Reserves

On Saturday Broad Plain Reserves picked up six points in a double fixture against Bristol Phoenix winning 3 1 and 1 0, Ben Garner was on target for Bristol Phoenix in the first game

Rockleaze Rangers Reserves and Little Stoke Reserves have finished their season with Avonmouth Reserves having one to play against Broad Plain House Reserves

In their first season in the Suburban League AFC Bohemia ended a creditable seventh ending with an odd goal in three victory at Old Cothamians Reserves, Dan Smart and Alex Kent scored for Bohemia with Andrew Knight netting the Old Cothamians consolation goal

A 5 0 win in midweek over Old Georgians gave Wessex Wanderers Reserves the Division Two Championship a point clear of Rockleaze Rangers B who finish second after a walkover at Hanham Abbotonians Reserves, Saltford Reserves in their first season in the League finished third

The Division Three promotion positions were sorted last week with Red Falcons only losing one game all season finishing five points clear of Socius United

The only other game played was at Somerdale with visitors Rockleaze Rangers C beating Old Georgians Reserves 3 0
