Liverpool County Premier League 0 Lancashire Amateur League 2 At Liverpool County FA - Tuesday 10th October

Two first-half goals, one from the penalty spot, were enough to give the Lancashire Amateur League a 2-0 victory in the Annual Charity Shield match played at the County FA.
The County Premier League dominated play in the second-half but apart from a disallowed goal failed to take any of their chances.
Afterwards the Charity Shield was presented to the LAL skipper by the League President Mick Heller.
