The 2017/18 league AGM will be held on Sunday 10th June at 4pm.

Venue will be IBIS Club, Scours Lane, Reading, RG30 6AY.

Each continuing member club is required to attend and you can send 2 reps to the meeting. These reps should be given the meeting details in advance and be able to vote for your club on any important matters.

Any clubs wishing to request any rule changes, to nominate someone for a Committee positions or to raise any other business for the meeting should let Jackie Batten know as soon as possible.
