All current Charter Standard Clubs have been sent their individual Charter Standard Health Check forms with a deadline to complete and send back to the Birmingham County FA by 31st March 2012.

All current Charter Standard Clubs have been sent their individual Charter Standard Health Check forms with a deadline to complete and send back to the Birmingham County FA by 31st March 2012.
The Birmingham County FA are working to ensure that the health check process runs as smoothly as possible and thank you for your effort and patience through this period.

If you have not received your clubs health check form you will need to access member services and generate the form online. If the form is incorrect simply make the changes in member services, print off the form and send to the BCFA. If you are unable to make changes through member services please print the form, add the changes to the printed version in ink and send in to the BCFA.

Due to the size of the County FA and the number of clubs going through the health check process we ask that all clubs send forms in as soon as possible to allow the County FA to process.
