To transfer a player

To transfer a player from one club to another: See page 34 Rule 8(i) of the handbook.
The transfer is subject to the player discharging his financial responsibilities to the club with which he is first registered.
Transfer forms are available from the League Registrations Secretary
The club that the player wants to transfer to, must submit a transfer form accompanied by a fee of £12 to the registrations secretary.
