The passing of a current Legal League Referee

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of one of our Referees.
Peter Williams had been in hospital for the last circa 200 days and had been seriously poorly. Much of that time had been spent in ICU, although recently he had made a slight improvement and transferred into a higher dependency unit.

Peter had been an official on the league for many years. Our thoughts and prayers are with The Williams family inparticulary, Geoff, Peter's twin brother and Luke, Peter's son, both of whom also officiate on the London Legal League.

It goes without saying to hold a minute's silence to please respectfully remember Peter at your next game.
