2009 AGM highlights are listed below;
There will be 16 teams in the league this season, Penrith and Whitehaven were promoted to Division 1 with The Bush and Whitehaven relegated to Division 2.
The league has signed up to the FA RESPECT code of behaviour, all teams must sign the codes of conduct as issued by the FA.
Referees fees are set at £24 per game with home team to pay then collect £12 from the away team.
