Shipton Oliffe withdraw from the League

Shipton Oliffe tended their resignation from the League on February 9th, 2010. In accordance with the stipulations of League Rule 12B(ii), Shipton Oliffe will, therefore, be regarded as a relegated team from this Division, meaning that only the team finishing bottom of Division Two will now be relegated at the end of the season
