All Division winners & runners-up are invited to collect their trophies at Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre during the cup/plate finals weekend 26-27 April.

Congratulations to those teams that have finished as winners or runners-up in your Division.

You are invited to come and be presented with your medals at Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre on Saturday 26 April 2008.

Please note the following:

Ø On the day there will be a minimum of 14 trophies available for your squad. Provided you let me know quickly I will try and ensure that extra trophies are available on the day if you have a bigger squad (the League will pay for up to 16 trophies and your club will be invoiced for any beyond that number).

Ø Teams will be presented just after the Cup Final for their age group has been completed and before the cup finalists are presented. Please be sure to arrive in good time and have your squad ready immediately the final whistle has gone.

Cup final timings are :U11-9.15am, U12-10.35am, U13-12.00pm, U16-1.40pm, U15-3.30pm, U1-5.20pm

Ø Entry to the cup finals/plate finals will be by purchase of a programme (£1 per adult), even though your parents/supporters are only coming for the League presentation they will also be charged on the door. All proceeds go straight back towards running the league.

Ø If you and your squad cannot make Saturday 26 April the trophies could be presented on the Sunday (before the presentations to the Plate finalists in your age groups).
If you can not make either day then please let me know when you would like to collect the trophies.

Ø Please advise me by return which day you will be attending and how many trophies you will need.
