Copies of teamsheets - 10-Dec fixtures

All Clubs who are playing a Stroud League fixture on Sat 10-Dec are to send a copy of their own completed matchday teamsheet AND a copy of their opponents matchday teamsheet.

Copies in softcopy (eg jpeg version) must be sent by email to the Fixtures&Results Secretary and to the Registration Secretary. Secretaries who are unable to send softcopy versions may send the hardcopy versions by post. All copies must be received by no later than Thursday 15-Dec.

The reason behind this is that the League Officers are regularly coming across instances where teamsheets are not being completed and exchanged before the kick-off of League and Cup matches.

Therefore, in order to monitor the usage of these teamsheets and to make sure that teams are completing these in the correct manner, Clubs are required to send in the copies as directed.

It should also serve as a reminder to make sure that teams get back into the habit of processing these before the kick off of each game.
