Punjab United v Old Comrades charity match. 1st May at Stonebridge Road. Kick off 1:30

I am the current manager of Punjab United FC, i am known as Chipie (Jugjit) Sian, and with Jindi, John and Sonia Kirwin of Old Comrades FC we have managed to arrange a "Kick Racism Out Of Football" match at the EbbsFleet FC stadium, Stonebridge Road on Saturday 1st May 2010, commencing 1.30pm approx.

The background is my company Sian Formwork is a sponsor of Ebbsfleet Football Club, and their marketing and local community project committee have requested an event such as this, to raise awareness and promote goodwill through two local clubs that have an outstanding ethnic mix.

The event will look to incorporate the following childrens matches too, making it a family orientated day:

an under 8s game involving Colyer Colts vs Gravesham Town
an under 10s game involving Colyer Colts vs Guru Nannak.

The childrens games will be played approx 20mins per half, followed by Punjab United vs Old Comrades. We have liased with the organistion "Kick Racism Out of Football" www.kickitout.org and they will be supporting the event and using their banners, to gives us a focal point for the day. In addition Ebbsfleet Football Club will be arranging advertising and helping to promote the event too.

Both clubs would like this opportunity to invite NKSFL and its committee to attend this event as our guests. We appreciate all the support you have given both clubs over the years, and we would love to have you there as ambassadors for the Kent County FA. I look forward to your response, and would like the opportunity to follow up this email, with a telephone conversation early next week.
