All Club Secretaries are to be fully conversant and understand the Handbook.

The 2015/16 Army FA Southern League Handbook is an eleven section document that explains the rules and procedures for all football in the South. This Handbook has been designed to allow Club Secretaries the ability to run and manage their Club. It explains what Club Secretaries are responsible for and how they participate in Regional football.

When Club Secretaries are going through any handover/takeover procdure of their role, this Handbook is to be at the forfornt of the handover as it offers the incoming Secretary (as a minimum) the means of how the League Secretary expects the Club to operate and uphold the rules contained within it.

This Handbook is conclusive and aims to answer any question(s) Club Secretaies have before approaching the Legaue Secretary.

The League Secretary will hold each Club Secretary accountable if they do not conform to this Handbook.
