Role Title: Womens Leagues Officer (Winter Pyramid)
COMPANY BACKGROUND
The Football Association (The FA) is the governing body of football in England and has the responsibility to promote and develop the game at all levels from grass roots through to the professional game, The FA Cup and the England International team.
ROLE SPECIFICS
Reporting to the Head of Womens Leagues and Competitions you will oversee the Winter Pyramid and manage and administer the FA Womens Premier League and associated cup competitions which will include providing effective administrative and secretarial support to the FA WPL Management Committee, Womens Pyramid of Football Working Group and a range of associated Sub Committees and Working Groups including room bookings, agendas and minutes. You will also be responsible for managing and providing administrative and organisational support to the Womens Leagues and Competitions Department including support to the Head of Womens Leagues and Competitions, arranging meetings, travel, diary management, dealing with correspondence and processing invoices and expenses.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICS
You will be experienced in the administration of Leagues under FA Rules and Regulations governing leagues and competitions as well as possessing event management skills. Your excellent written and verbal communication, with both internally and externally facing stakeholders, means you have the ability to communicate at all levels of the game. Our experience of managing projects together will complement your knowledge and understanding of financial processes.
ON OFFER
This is a full-time permanent role based at Wembley with the requirement to travel to deliver competitions, including some weekend and evenings for matches.
