Phipps Cup Final: Northway 3 Worcester Anchors 1 after extra-time

After these two clubs had drawn four times in previous meetings this season, it was no surprise that this Phipps Cup Final, played at Pershore Town F.C. went into extra-time. Steve Allssop gave Northway the lead after the interval before Nathan Jones equalised for Anchors on the stroke of full-time. However Northway were the stronger team in extra-time and further goals from Allsopp and Nick Hewitt secured them the trophy.
