Match Day Registration forms for the 2020-21 season are attached here and can be downloaded and used by clubs.

2 players can be registered match day in Calder Valley Sunday League matches only. This method of registration cannot be used in any Cup competitions.
This method of registration is also only allowed up to February 1st.
