Use this form to make up to 2 emergency registration on match days.

After the match send a copy of the form electronically to Vishny at regsecwdfl@gmail.com - add the player on the Club Portal and send for approval. This should be done preferably on the Saturday or Sunday. Once this has been done and the player approved he can be added to your team sheet.

You cannot however use emergency registrations for County Cup games.
