During the pandemic, the Association has invested time to review its role and influence upon organised grassroots football. The Development Plan is the result of a great deal of work completed by the Development Sub-Committee.

Earlier this season, clubs were invited to submit feedback via an online survey and the responses have been analysed and discussed for inclusion within the plan. The Sub-Committee recommendations were approved by the Heavy Woollen FA Council during the November meeting.  

The booklet attached explains the process adopted by the Sub-Committee, the analysis conducted and the initiatives created. It will be continually reviewed and will evolve as priorities change. 

The Association would like to thank the clubs who submitted feedback and hope the plan will be greeted with enthusiasm.
