Process:

Players are to be registered via WGS for the coming Saturday by 8pm on the previous Thursday, after this time please follow the procedure below

Complete the Match Day Player Registration File, print off and take with you to your game (maximum of 2 Players to be signed on the match day).
Input the player(s) on to WGS within 48 hours (Sundays excluded) therefore by Tuesday Evening 6pm so they can be approved.
E-mail hgyflsec@gmail.com, hgyflchairman@gmail.com and alisonhgyflreg@gmail.com to inform them a player registration has been registered via this process
Player(s) not registered within the timescale will be deemed to be ineligible for the game played. Not to be used for transfers and/or dual registrations

To complete the Match Day Player Registration File you will need:

Player Photo (same one to go on to WGS)
Players Name
Players Date of Birth
Players Lawful Parent
Club Secretaries signature
School player attends
Opposition Officials signature
